Job Description

Each employee at Chick-fil-A Lonestar must represent the Chick-fil-A brand by embodying our Corporates mission statement as well as exhibit each element of Chick-fil-A Lonestar’s mission statement. Each Back of House Team Member is required to work with speed and accuracy, continually focus on food safety, and pursue personal and professional growth at all times. 

Responsibilities

  • Show up to each shift on time, ready to serve your team to the best of your abilities
  • Create and maintain a food safe environment
  • Work quickly and exhibit accuracy at all times
  • Stay up-to-date with proper Chick-fil-A procedures by completing Pathway training
  • Oversee the overall cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the store

Requirements

  • Chick-fil-A experience is an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Growth mindset
  • Humility

Availability

  • Must be fully available to work on either Fridays OR Saturdays
  • Must be available any time between 3:00 PM through 10:00 PM
