Job Description

Each employee at Chick-fil-A Lonestar must represent the Chick-fil-A brand by embodying our Corporates mission statement as well as exhibit each element of Chick-fil-A Lonestar’s mission statement. Each Team Member is required to meet Operation Excellence standards, demonstrate a high level of Guest Relational abilities, and pursue personal and professional growth at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Show up to each shift on time, ready to serve your team to the best of your abilities
  • Create remarkable experiences with each guest who comes in contact with our store
  • Work quickly and exhibit accuracy at all times
  • Stay up-to-date with proper Chick-fil-A procedures by completing Pathway training
  • Oversee the overall cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the store

Requirements

  • Chick-fil-A experience is an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Growth mindset
  • Humility

Availability

  • Must be fully available to work on either Fridays OR Saturdays
  • Must be available any time between 3:00 PM through 10:00 PM
