Job Description

Oversee the daily functions necessary to run a high functioning Chick-fil-A. A Shift Leader will exhibit operational knowledge, servant leadership skills, and business awareness at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director Team to identify areas of improvement in all areas of the store
  • Stay up to date with store progress (CEM Scores, ERQA’s, food cost reports)
  • Create daily goals that will directly effect food cost
  • Prioritize SAFETY in all ares of BOH
  • Develop strategic shift lay-outs that will challenge the team as well as grow the business
  • Ensure proper opening and/or closing procedures are achieved
  • Communicate sales growth goals to Team Members frequently

Requirements

  • Chick-fil-A experience is an advantage

Availability

  • Must be fully available to work on either Fridays OR Saturdays 
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours a week
  • Must be available to open OR close at least 2 times a week
